
i posted this in the I'm Pregnant forum but i wanted to ask you guys your advice.....
half the time i feel fine and half the time i feel like i'm nuts.
i have a huge issue with mood swings and almost irrational emotions at times anyways, but this pregnancy is definitely intensifying that. is there anything safe and natural that i can take that will be GOOD for my body and my moods? flapjack you mentioned evening primrose oil. what does that do?
i really could use some help.








: I had PG blues early in both PGs, although not consistent mood swings.
) is a good quality Omega 3/6 oil. It's proven to help with PPD and also can affect your mood for the better.


: EPO is also a great source, but I know that an animal source is more concentrated.
