a Bit OT understanding CBC results

My ds2 who is 3 had some bloodwork done...

What would a low Neutrophils and a high Lymphocytes be indicative of?

Anyone know?

He is about 14 %points low and 20% points high.



(and no, I don't trust the doc when she said everything came back normal)
