better baby diaper pattern - ? about length of elastic

Do any of you have the better baby diaper pattern? I am in the middle of sewing up some & realized that I misplaced the paper that tells you how long to cut each individual peices of elastic for the legs. I can remember how to make them by heart sence I have used this pattern MANY times, but I dont remember the length of elastic by heart. If anyone has this pattern, can you help me and let me know this? I will write it down on my pattern so I dont forget and bug you again. ;-)

Thanks in advance,
Randee

Hi Randee,

I sent you here and you got no help! Did you try asking someone at www.elizabethlee.com ? They carry the pattern too and maybe someone could take a peek. Also, Kimi at www.newconceptions.com might have a copy laying around still (not sure) so she might know.

If all else fails, you can just stretch the elastic as you sew in the leg and waist areas and you probably won't be too far off.

Thanks for your reply! Yes I emailed some diaper pattern shops like you and elizabethlee/etc and a bunch of forums and yahoogroups and never got an answer. I ended up just guessing on the elastic by taking the average elastic length in other patterns and it seemed to do the trick. Thanks for your reply and suggestions!!!
