Has anyone placed an order with SewShoppe recently?

I've never ordered from them before, but I was curious about some organic sherpa remnants they had, so I emailed them to ask about them, first last Sunday night, then again this Thursday, b/c I hadn't heard back from them.

Today's Saturday and still no word. Not even a, "we received your email and will get back to you soon." There is nothing on the site to indicate they're on vacation or otherwise closed for business.

I was planning on placing a substantial order with them, but if they can't take the time to email me back, then I'm understandably reluctant to give them my business. They also have an 800 number for ordering; do you think I should call instead? The email addy was under "Contact Us," though, so you'd think they expect people to use it! :

Anyone else done business with them who could point me in the right direction?

I ordered from them a couple months ago and I received the package in two days - I was surprised with how quickly it got to me.

I say if they have an 800 number, give it a call - they wouldn't list it if they didn't want you calling it, right? Email can be screwy sometimes.

I ordered my honeyboy pattern last thursday, when I didn't have it by tuesday I called her and she told me it was going out that day. I got it this thursday.
Call her... she answers the phone if she's home.
