What is you favorite jam/preserves recipe?

I'm looking for a recipe to make some kind of jam/preserves/jelly. Last year I made a few kinds from recipes in a book I have and they were good, but not better then store bought stuff Is there a recipe that you have tried and love?? Thanks!

I made jam for the 1st time this summer after picking blueberries. I used the boxed jam stuff (like jello???) at the store, which called for a good bit of sugar. Of course, it was delicious, but I'm sure there was a healthier way to make it.......
