I'm new and just saw this thread. I'm so sorry about your sweet baby girl. When my oldest son was born, I was just learning about vaccines; I knew I didn't want the MMR, etc., but did not understand the full danger of vaccines (I thought it was just the number of them that was so bad). So I let them do the Hep B in the hospital, thinking it would be ok, and also because I was afraid I would trigger some CPS visit or something if I refused.

My son is fine, but reading this makes me realize that it could have been him, too. Bless you for pursuing this; perhaps you'll save someone else's child.

We are drawing closer to the end of our legal issues with VICP. All lawyer proceedings will be over by mid June. From there the judge can take as long as he wants pouring over all of the testimony and documents. When this is all over I will share what I can from our legal briefs with anyone who is interested, it is amazing reading and really illustrates in quite simple terms how easily a serum sickness reaction can occur from a vaccine
