This is a very hard time for Julie, and I really would like this thread to continue on the first page. The arguments being thrown against her are ridiculous, but hopefully we can break through that barrier.

It won't be the only hurdle either, because the system as it works isn't justice in a true form. It's about who plays the game the best.

I'm optimistic thing could go well, but can see all the possible ways in which real justice could be derailed. Julie can't talk here, but we can talk to her...

I've dealt with so many of these cases now, and its a very strong family that fights these, because depending on the cross examination, these cases are very tough on the emotions.

I'm glad everyone is getting behind her on this thread...

Another momma checking in.. I just read through these pages and I'm so sad.. I'm so, so sorry about your daughter. I know a bit of what it's like to lose a child, my first was stillborn at 42 weeks. I know that you're probably getting inundated with PMs but I'm here too, if you ever want to talk/chat. The whole situation makes me sad and terrified at how the world works. MT really gave me the heebies when she was warning you not to say anything else here (although I agree 100% with what she said/says). I'm just so sorry, and if where is anything us mommas can do, let us know. We're all behind you.
