Dee: after using generic opks this month, I hate them too. The last time I got pg. I used the Clearblue Fertility Monitor. A friend lent me her super expensive monitor and it let me know whats going on! I havent been able to afford the sticks to pee on yet as in Can. they are $60 for a 2 month box. AS for the thread Gabry is talking about, it said that the monitor is 2nd best to the Clearblue OPKs. I'm not sure why as they are the same company, and with the monitor, it also reads the level of estrogen in your pee, so everyday you get a simple reading of low, med. high/ovulation fertility levels. Its a neat gadget, but expensive. They sell for over $100 on ebay, so if you're feeling loaded, go for it! BTW, the monitor also worked for my friend who Od irregularly in her cycles and now has 2 babes.
BundleFishMama: I'm with you on all those symptoms and sore boobs, except the gas right now. And oh, the CRAMPS, what is that?! Everyday, pretty strong. Its almost worrysome. Kinda like the last pg. very strong on the right side which made me think etopic. Although that pg. was definately not etopic (checked the placenta my self when I m/c'ed)
I can't read my cm any more, it comes and goes, and my temps are up (sorta, keep reading). I had cm 6 days past O with the last pg. (I'm so glad I charted last time (June) as now I can compare). Ug. I keep thinking, maybe I am, maybe I'm not. My cervix is up and down. Ug.! I have lots of crystals on my luna microscope and these tipped me off to being pg. last time. They were back 3 days past O! *BUT* I don't thing the crystals totally went away since the m/c although I have had repeated neg. pee pg. tests. Everyday I lick that damn slide looking for clues, and now my mind is telling me that there are definately more crystals than last week
Oh I'm going nutty. So the microscope could be awsome for most mamas right now as its so very sensitive.
So, without my luna microscope 'working' well, and some crapy opks this month, I'm no where! Its just me and the temps. and I'm waking early hoping to check my temps and its like 3 am, not my usual 7am, so I'm screwing them up!
Slingmomto4: alot of times, mamas don't have any symptoms at all when they're preg.! So hey, you never know!
