she was born sept 19th at 5:06 am after a nice easy and short 1o hour labor. only 26 mins of pushing. all natural!! woo hoo!! she weighed 7lbs 9 oz and is 22 inches long.the longest baby in the whole hospital!! she had jaundice at first and they made her go under the light and wouldnt let me be with her. i was hysterical they wanted me to fed her formula too but i refused. i ll get into this sory later i have to go BF now but i wanted to let you all know!!

i'm the first to get to say....congratulations!!!

good for you for standing your ground on the formula issue. i would be hysterical if they tried to give my NB formula. that was in bold in my birth plan in case i ended up in the hospital.

Wow--she is long! And her name is beautiful!

It sounds like you had my hypothetical ideal labor, on the short side, but not crazy fast (my DD was 1 hour, 45 minutes in coming which was kind of overwhelming). Enjoy your little gal!
