I soooo hear all of you! AND can I just say that I suck at doing kegels? I KNOW that I need to do them, but I only think of it if... ahem... there is leakage.
I think the only reason I remember to do the kegels - is because I am taking a Bradley class...soon that will end and I will have to really keep reminding myself.
But I was having a problem with "leaking" and then I did the everyday kegels and it has pretty much gone away.
I know!!!! I think I am okay, but then I sneeze or have some kind of pregnancy-induced coughing fit, and there I go!!!
DITTO!!!!
Pantyliners gave me yeast infections so I just fold up some TP and that usually takes care of it! (Unless it's a massive sneeze/coughing fit then I'm done for! )
It almost seems like it is psychological for me. In NEVER happens at work or anyplace else. But when I get home from work, I can barely get into the house and to the bathroom ontime! Even when I pee before leaving work! It was just like that with my last pg, too.
I err bought some light bladder protection pantiliners and I must say there is a difference between them and regular old pantiliners.
They asborb more quickly so when I am (trapped) laying down with my son at night to put him to sleep I don't end up soaking his bed when I have a coughing fit.
Given what a mess I was right after DD's birth, it's a miracle I can keep myself dry most of the time now. Two things really push the limits, though: sneezing and a solid head butt from the baby.
