What is everyone making for the holidays? We're having a huge prime rib roast tomorrow, with Yorkshire pudding, spinach sauteed with roasted garlic and pine nuts, and squash. I've still not decided what's for dessert, but it will almost certainly involve bittersweet chocolate. And dh will be cold-smoking some fresh salmon in our smoker.
