Natural Asthma solutions?

Thread Starter
My son who was born premature was diagnosed with asthma at 14 mo he has been on a nebulizer with pulmacord and foradil (spelling terrible) twice a day for over a year now and now they want to add a daily allergy medicine. I'm not going along with this idea of the allergy medicine. I have been trying to find an alternative to the nebulizer medicine twice a day now I have to deal with this too.

Is this my only choice? Surely people have been treating asthma and allergies "naturally" before the onset of prescription meds. The allergy meds are so new and who knows the risks of prolonged exposure. I have found that the extended use of pulmacord and foradil could affect his growth- oh great. I don't want to harm my son by giving him the meds neither do I want to harm him by not giving him the meds.

Any ideas or suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

ivy calm

I have been using Ivy calm with my toddler for almost a year, it seems to head off attacks if I catch the early signs, there was an article about english ivy and asthsma in newsweek recently.

it's called Ivy Calm and it's made by enzymatic therapy

good luck,

Kate
