Rescue Remedy during 2ww?

Don't post very often in here at all but I have a question I can't find the answer to anywhere.

Does anyone know if it's safe to take Rescue Remedy during yet another 2ww? I'm finding it very helpful at calming me, but I can't find any relevant info.
