Frozen black eyed peas

I have about fifteen bags to try and use up before I move (they were ten cents each, I couldn't help myself). :LOL Don't know one recipe that I could use them in, not even sure I like black eyed peas. Any suggestions? (I'll also check out Allrecipes.com but that site sucks with a slow connection). Thanks

! I love black-eyed peas. Usually I just serve them with southern-style collards or other greens and either grits or white rice. But I also have this recipe in my files -- haven't tried it yet, but here ya go:

BLACK EYED PEA HUMMUS

3 cloves of garlic, peeled
juice of two lemons
1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon paprika
3 cups cooked black-eyed peas

Use a food processor or blender.

Put garlic in food processor and process about 3
seconds or until
garlic is minced. Add lemon juice – process or just a
second or two –
add the rest of the ingredients. Process until
smooth.

Serve this with pita wedges.
