i just wanted to let all of you know that we lost the baby this week...i'm very, very sad. i tell myself that it's for the best in the end...
dh and i have chosen to wait now to conceive again, probably another year or more.
i wish you all the best with your pregnancies and i'll check in here periodically to see how all of you progress.

Just remember:

You didn't "lose" anything. I had this happen once, and I have referred to it in the years hence as a "short term" pregnancy. And I did not "mis-carry" anything. I did everything fine, that particular soul just wasn't ready yet. Even to my docs and midwife I use this terminology.

I look at the time period afterwards as the "cleaning out and prepping the nest" period, in which I prepare my body and heart for a healthy pregnancy in the future. I have had two healthy happy "long term" pregnancies since then.
