And I'm the opposite. It's hard to shop organic around here, and darnit! A pb&j tastes good on white bread (generic store brand, of course) :LOL

Otherwise, I don't shop the big W or K, and I try to buy WAHM, secondhand, etc almost exclusively...sometimes it takes a bit more work to find what I need, but it CAN be done.

yes on all counts but I try to prioritize. Some of those are much bigger than others. I rarely compromise on food. I don't care if my kids have to run around naked. However we got some steals on clothes at K-mart this weekend. I buy mass produced all the time. i simply don't have the money for hand made items. I do make a lot of my own stuff though. and in an effort to cut out spending on mas produced and large retail chains I have just stopped consuming so much. I rarely give to charities. I always tithe at church though and will cut food before I cut my tithe. But I have never had to. Oh but church does amazing work with thier money so i feel like charity is covered. and besides I can always volunteer my time for charity work.
