oh, the usual stuff you avoid. Sushi, alcohol, most caffeine, Brie. I avoid meat anyway since I am veg / pesco. Avoiding large or farmed fish, including halibut and farmed salmon. Trying to take in more fresh fruits and veggies, yogurt, and whole grains.

Hmm... Why not? I read that hamburger (ground beef) must be well done, but steaks you can eat rare... I haven't had a stomach for steak yet, but I'd love to know what the scoop is!
