I'm looking for lots of ideas and thought this might be fun anyway.

We've had:
chicken pot pie
spaghetti
grilled chicken/new potatoes
burgers on the grill
black bean nachos/guacamole

of course, these are not 5 consecutive nights! I probably make an actual meal 4 of 7 days, the others are leftovers, grilled cheese, cereal, that kind of thing.

I am only going to count suppers, as there is no way I am going to recall the all the lunches. Plus, on weeekends, dh does it and he's not home to tell me what he made, and i do not recall. The kids also make what they want.

Roasted chicken thighs (tonight) with broc, carrots, garlic & cheve bliss potaotes, salad and crusty bread.

Whole wheat penne w/ my garden tomatoes, red leaf lettuce with garden cukes, tomatoes, avo, shaved carrots & feta. Crusty bread w/ garlic butter. Spinach, grilled acorn squash.

Grilled salmon with brown rice, salad with all the garden stuf, plus one last green pepper, sauteed zucchini, boule.

Take out pizza

Grilled chicken legs & breasts with lemon, avo & cilantro. Salad with our garden stuff, crusty bread, & the last of my yellow summer squash which I grilled with olive oil, salt & pepper.

Nobody remembers, but it was soemthing veggie, as i don't make two meat meals in a row. Could have been pasta. maybe grilled veggies burgers. I just don't remember andneither does anyone else. lol

This morning I made an omlette for the hs'd kids, and the schooled kids had cereal. :-( Lunch --we had playgroup at our place today-- people brought things-- bagels & cream cheese, strawberries, tuna, salad with sprouts, crackers with cheese , granny smith apples, etc.

Edited to try and fix typos.
