This is a bit of an off shoot of the finding time to meditate thread. Before my son was born I used to do yoga each morning and end with a relaxation pose that was essentially a type of mindfulness practice. For a while now I have been feeling a bit out of balance and would like to pick up the habit again. I picked up and read a book called “Everyday Blessings” which focuses on mindful parenting and found it to be enlightening. I would like to read other books about both mindfulness in general, but particularly a guide for mindfulness practice, and mindful parenting as well. When I started looking at the list of titles, it was overwhelming. Can anyone make some recommendations? Thanks.
