New and Urologist?

Hi Ladies!

I think it is time to bust out the reading on infertility! It's been fun in the sack but no bb for over a year and I am getting up there in age (35). I am surrounded by pregnancy and babies and it is becoming challenging.

I called dh's doc to find out about seeing another pract for SA, they said go ahead. I was thinking Urologist, but I noticed you all kept mentioning RE (a practitioner?) in your posts about male-factor. What is RE? I just can't get my mind around it...I am sure I will be saying duh as I read your reply!

We are southcoast MA but can go to BOS easy...any suggestions on great practitioners?

Any suggestions on best on-line sources to start my reading on infertility?

I have done charting and everything seems pretty ok with me, I'm very regular, w/ CM on time and all. We have both done guaif and I have even done, don't laugh, vaginal baking soda wash (for PH). I hate all the high maintenance! And yet, it has become obvious that we have to start doing more! :

I have no health insurance though so we thought we'd start with him, as he has coverage.

TIA for your suggestions! Paige

From the South Shore myself, and we used New England Medical Center for our RE (Dr. Keefe, Medical Director) and they are also affiliated with Women and Infants in Providence.
