Just wondering if these exist and where I can get them. I already eat mainly organic, but it would be nice if it did not cut do deep into the budget.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.
Coupons for Organic Foods

Once in awhile, our newspaper will have organic egg coupons or some new premade organic food coupon, but usually I just have to watch for sales. My regular grocery has an organic section and I watch for things on sale. Also, some local discount stores will have random organic stuff on sale, like overstocks. So, I can get canned organic tomatoes or maybe cereal on discount there. It's pretty hit or miss.

try www.mambosprouts.com. Also, go to the website of your favorite products. Sometimes they have coupons on their site.

stoneyfield farms has coupons on their homepage.
you can print them out or ask them to mail them to you. (i recommend the mail, as they have a longer expieration date)

Amy's has some. I wrote them an email about one of their products and they sent me a bunch of coupons for free and dollar off things. Maybe send an email that you love their products but are on a budget and can't find coupons for their food in the regular circulars. They might send you some.

Our cooperative has coupon booklets. I think they are mambosprouts coupons.
Also, they often have organic veggies and fruits in a bin at greatly reduced prices that must be used that day.
And you can often save a bundle by buying bulk foods rather than packaged. Better for the environment too.
Do you have any organic CSA's near you? It's often cheaper in the long run if you can buy shares in one and get weekly deliveries. But also sometimes you can work off part of your share by volunteering to be a drop off place or actually working on the farm for a couple of hours a week.
