Don't worry, women have been having babies for trillions of years without prenatal vitamins (or appointments, for that matter)....and we've been doing an awesome job at it, too! As for the red raspberry leaf tea, who cares, it's not 100% proven to actually have any strong effect anyway. I think it's probably beneficial for the uterus, but just having a healthy diet and a strong body, that probably does more for the uterus than any tea ever could. It's another thing we've done without for millenia, with no harm done to the human race! You're doing awesome, RyvreWillow, don't sweat it!!
As for pregnancy brain, god, mine is even worse now that my baby is two weeks old. I can barely remember my own name, it's pathetic. Don't expect placenta brain to improve after the birth LOL.

I haven't been taking them either...I even bought the big bottle to take one a day to last the whole pregnancy :LOL so I wouldn't have to worry about buying another... oh well.

I haven't been taking prenatals for about 5 month too, don't worry about it. As for the rapsberry leaf tea, it tastes so good that maybe even having a cup or 2 in these last few days/weeks might taste really good to you...it has to me
