When we got our home loan we got one of those stupid ARM (adjustable rate) and it sucks butt! It was great at first but we've only been here a year and a half and our payment is getting horrendous. Anyways, I need to refi ASAP and get a fixed rate loan but I dont want to get ripped off with one with lots of fees/points, etc. Anyone have any reccomendations?
