Ugh, Im 41wks 5days and Im so tired and grumpy cause I have a cold. I woke up two days ago with a sore throat and a stuffy nose and its just getting worse. Ive been cooking alot lately just to keep busy and trying to walk this little one out as well. Im just so ugh!!!! Kwim?

Ugh! I'm sorry. I had a cold last week to go with my prodromal labor. It was not fun.

Your baby will be here anytime! Hang in there.

Yeah, I had a cold the week I went into labor. It's kind of funny in a way because I was like...."Haha, my luck would have it that I'll go into labor now that I am sick". It's funny because I had the prodromal labor stuff for like 2 weeks and was wishing and hoping everyday that it would be the day. Then when I got sick I was like...."Okay, not now, I'm sick I don't want it now." And while I was able to diminish some of the symptoms with homeopathics and vitamins sure enough I went into labor while I had the cold. Well, I hope you at least get over the worst of it before you go into labor. I higly recommend Umcka Cold Care...homeopathic stuff that works wonders.

Oh, I feel for you. I had a cold, then flu, then bronchitis for two weeks prior to my labor. Laboring and drowning at the same time is no fun. (I won't even bring into it the fact that this labor was not just intense, but something much harder...)

I hope you get well and that your little one comes smoothly and easily! Good luck Mama!

Hope you feel better real soon!!!! I have a cold too...I have been praying not to go into labor while sick...but wishing for labor to start. Kind of a catch 22 situation I guess

I think we must have the same thing. I was battling the sore throat for about a week, then the stuffiness and coughing came. (coughing with a full bladder...need I say more??) Makes it even harder to sleep! I feel for you, it must be even worse being past edd!!!

I hope you are feeling better! I've had a cold for about a week, it's starting to get better finally.
