My ds turned 4 in July!

My dd is only 28 months and she still seems little to me, but she is getting bigger every day. My son was almost 4 when he weaned.

dd1 turns 5 on Saturday. dd2 (who I am just "stand-in" nummies for) is 15 months.

My ds is 3 years 1 month old.

He shows absolutely no inclination to wean and as I'm fully committed to CLW and we're going to start TTC in the next few weeks, I guess I might be tandem nusing before too long.

DS is 13 months now, so we have several more years of nursing ahead of us.

Though, I have to admit, my view of nursing had changed very much. Before I got pregnant I wanted to nurse for 6 weeks. When I was pregnant, I planned on trying to nurse for 9 months or a year. Now I know that DS will let me know when he is done. If he's old enough to ask for it then he's young enough to still need it.

My nursing turned two last Sunday. She loves to "dee dee". We laugh and joke about it all the time. My dd1 weaned at 3 1/2 years old.

My boy will be 4 next month. Most of the time he only nurses at bedtime.

DD will be 4 in Jan. She doesn't nurse every day, dh thought she was weaned and was surprised when she nursed one day. Some times she'l just pat my breast or lay her head or hand on it and cuddle. I'm pretty much dried up, just a few drops if I try to express it. It seems like we're weaning gradually and really gently. I makes me happy.

since my 4 3/4 yo and 28 month old weaned during thins pregnancy, my current nursling is only 20 3/4 days old

My 3.5 yr old Boy weaned a little after he turned 3! and my 17 month old girl is still nursing strong! Lost count of how many x's she nurses..well actually we never did count! I learned w/my 1st!

my sweetie is 27 months old, soon to be 28...and doesn't seem to have any intention of ever stopping. i love our nursing relationship though!
