I have ordered from this store twice, and both times, within 3 or 4 hours of placing the order, I received an email saying that my order had shipped. That's the fastest customer service I've ever experienced with any online purchase of any kind! Also, I've never had any item that I ordered be backordered or out of stock, and their website is incredibly detailed and informative. A great place to buy!

I second the fast shipping!!! Excellent customer service and a very, very, very informative site--I relied heavily on GMD's site to figure out what to use (and why and when)!!! I passed the how-to booklet on to an interested potential CD-er and she loves it.

Yes, the shipping is really super fast and questions get answered very quickly,too. I also recommend their newborn prefolds , very nice to have.

I have to agree!!! GMD is my absolute favorite cd store!! Plus I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE their CPFs!! I even like them better than my $8 colorgrown prefolds from TinyBirdsOrganic!! GMD's pfs are the softest and most absorbant, yet still trim DSQ pf that I have tired.

The prefolds are definitely better than the Tiny Birds Colourgrowns, more absorbent, just as soft, very absorbent, better quality and cheaper! GMD has the most awesome site, great customer service, quick shipping. It's as near to perfect as I've found.

I have to agree with everyone. She has wonderful customer service. I ordered this past Monday, Memorial Day late in the evening, I received my shipping notice first thing Tuesday morning and rec'd the diapers today in the mail. My money barely went through my bank! Wonderful service. I WILL be doing many more transactions with her.

Yep, GMD is the best, I'm sad, though that they're going to all natural-fiber products as we're a mostly Fuzzi Bunz family and they are no longer carrying them. I always reccomend people start there, though, for the "see it on a baby" feature.
