Um, can you dream yourself into labor?

The other night I had a crazy pregnancy induced dream. I finally gave birth to my little girl at a year old, and she had a twin that was a kangaroo(!!!) (I had gone to the petting zoo earlier that day and I saw one there, so that must be why it was in my dream). About 2 min after I gave birth my parents and IL's were there and I couldn't figure out how they knew the baby was born. I then realized that my husband had called them and I freaked out on him screaming that I hadn't even delivered the placenta yet and he had told them to come over! lol, the dream was weird, but the weirdest thing was that it woke me up and I felt like I was in labor. I was very very naseous and I was having tons of contractions. It lasted about 1/2 hour and then just as I was about to wake up my husband, it went away. Mabye my dreaming of being in labor triggered my body to start, but I wasn't quite ready so it stopped. Hmm that or mabye I started some false labor that triggered the dream. This was just very weird. Has anyone experienced anything like this before? I'm hoping if I have another dream about going into labor, mabye it will trigger some more contractions

I had a similar experience the other night! I dreamed I was having regular contractions and was deciding whether I should go to the hospital or just give birth by myself!! I kept hearing a voice say "he's coming today"...I woke up in some pain, but I was definetly having contractions. They went on all night and then stopped when I got out of bed. Well that was two nights ago and still no baby!!
