I've read a little here and there about the evils of microwaves. Our's just broke and dh and I are considering not replacing it, but I want to provide him with some evidence (or other people's thoughts) about why microwaves aren't healthy/good. Anybody know where to point me? TIA. (X-posted in Nutrition/Good Eating).

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.
