Mold

How do you get rid of mold? We live in an apartment building in a humid west coast climate, and are having some trouble with mold. I think it is making us sick!
I've tried a tea tree oil solution, but it is not getting it off very well.
I have to wipe down the windows and walls daily, but mold is stillg growing.
Any advice?

I realise that since you are renting your options are somewhat limited... but you're best to do as much as you can about your indoor air quality. If your apartment is so humid that mold is a recurring problem, chances are there are also other allergens building up. Always run bathroom and kitchen fans longer than you think you need. You might want to look into getting a dehumidifier (or more than one if the apartment is big or airflow poor) if you don't have one already. In addition, is the apartment pretty airtight? It may also be in need of a fresh air source.. keeping a couple windows slightly open may help.
