I just bought a pressure cooker because I want to start cooking my own beans, rather than spending $$ and wasting cans on store-bought cooked ones. However once I got the cooker in the mail, I realized it was made out of aluminum. I gave up my Calphalon and invested in a whole set of Le Creuset iron cookware because I wanted to avoid the dangers of cooking with aluminum -- should I worry about my new pressure cooker?
