trader joe's tea tree soap head to toe for baby?

just checking to see if you would have reservations. we are not big on shampoos and bubble baths for our four kids (we use them because we are really conscious of sweat and oils...perhaps we'll get more crunchy?). we have been getting the 1.49 for two bars vegetable soap with tea tree oil and using it for bathing baby and kids. well, most of the time kids just use water and don't wash their close-cropped hair, but when ds3 poops in diaper or ds4 needs it (every other day or so) or ds2 wets the bed or ds1 is showering alone, we use that soap. does it seem like a good compromise between no-poo and clean-obsessed? should I use something more like dr. bronners baby hemp for ds4 ? thanks for any input.

I don't know that I would use TTO on children's skin on a regular basis. Perhaps for a big poop situation. But other than that, I might use a regular gentle soap without anything disinfecting.

thanks. like i said (although not very articulately) we use water only almost ALL the time. we wash our hands with TTO soap after bathroom and dish duties (and before dish duty), and before preparing food; but when bathing and regular cleaning it's just water. maybe i CAN use their oatmeal honey soap (it seemed too smelly to me) but maybe more sensitive??? thanks again.
