Seriously. I think you are. Actually most mothers are, and if you have four, you certainl will be.

1,000 mgs Magnesium a day for at least 2 months. Use Mag citrate if you can. It helps with milk supply because it relaxes you and increases potassium absorption and calcium metabolism.
