This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I used a calendula poultice several times a day for several days. It disappeared and hasn't returned, it's been almost 2 years.

I have never heard of a case of eczema that wasn't food related. Have you read anything in the allergy section? For me eczema (bad eczema) cleared up along with acne when I eliminated gluten and dairy. Same for ds and dd. If we cheat it comes right back. HTH.

My son's eczema doesn't go away no matter how much we change is diet. We both gave up dairy, wheat, gluten, eggs...we've tried everything we could think of and in different combinations. Nothing made it go away. Diet can trigger eczema or make it worse, but it isn't always the *cause* of eczema. There are only a small number of children (around 10%) that have eczema that is *only* caused by food allergies or sensitivities. Check out this site for more info. http://www.eczema.org/diet.pdf
