I don't like the 'teach hygeine' one because I think it just reinforces the stigma.

There are a lot of good suggestions here.

Persoanlly, I don't like the hygiene ones either because they make a big deal out of something that is so natural. I mean, we don't explicitly point out that we have to teach little girls genital hygiene. It's just a given. Harping on about the 'hygiene' aspect makes it seem as a much bigger deal than it is, and reinforces the prejudice/ stigma that intact is somehow less 'clean'.

We really need to come up with a bumpersticker to fight this AIDS nonsense, especially given the splashy coverage it's gotten in the media!

How about:

Condoms, not circumcision, protect against AIDS!
