I am getting a massage today!!!

Oh how excited I am! 2 of my friends who are also pregnant and I are going for massages this morning. I will need it to survive the next month - DH has a crazy travel schedule. He will be in Orlando every week M-F for the next 4 weeks. WAAAAHHHHH!!! I will miss him - plus he is SO good with DD when he gets home. *sigh*

Anyway I have never gone for a massage before! I have heard sometimes that it hurts. I hope not...

Count me jealous too! Just make sure to remind them you're preg. They'll focus on different parts (feet, low back etc) and won't get into the deep tissue as much... that's what usually causes the soreness.

Ahhhh! Maybe Santa will bring me a spa certificate for a Christmas.

Count me in the jealous club also. I would love to be lying somewhere getting pampered but the kidds and their dad have went off to a birthday party so I guess I get to count my blessings and have a few hours to myself.

Be sure to drink plenty of water after, as massage releases lots of toxins from the body.

I hope you had a nice, relaxing massage today! I had 2 massages with each of my pregnancies and LOVED them!

ooooohhhh - it was wonderful. sheer heaven. not long enough LOL. And then we went to a fancy brunch and I had a few sips of a mimosa. funny with DD I wouldn't even eat chocolate! LOL.
