Indoor Pollution

My whole family has been having a chronic problem with post nasal drip, sneezing & coughing all of this winter. It is really concerning me! I have even resorted to giving the kids a little Benadryl for relief at night. I think it must be something inside our house. It is your typical 20 year old tract home. Anyone got any info on this?

The American Lung Association has a lot of information on indoor air quality. The Washington chapter's address is: www.alaw.org. You can also call 1-800-LUNG-USA which will put you in touch with ALA headquarters in CA and ask for an indoor air packet to be sent to you (it's free).

And, yes, I once worked for the "Lung" as it is called...

I'm so glad that you found helpful information. Indoor air pollution issues can be tricky because the problem is often invisible or something that we're really used to and don't think about twice. I hope you're able to pinpoint what might be affecting your family.
