Something bizaar happened to my twin sister!

My twin sister is a mom to a 7 mo baby.

Last night she was rocking her little one to sleep and suddenly felt cramping in her abdominal area. She stood up and had a gush of liquid come out of her. Enough to wake up her husband to grab a towel to clean it up off the floor.

She said it definitely wasn't urine and that it was clear. Could she be pregnant and not know it??? Amniotic fluid??

Last month she said her period returned and she bled quite heavy.

um, does she take tub baths? I have had water come up to a few hours later... If she could only be less than a month pregnant a gush of amniotic fluid seems unlikely.

well, I would want some more info.
is she bleeding NOW? did she cough or sneeze and then some urine came out. does she do Kegal exercises? some times if your vaginal wall muscles are not strong the PC muscle you may let go of urine. she may be ovulating and have a lot of fluid.
