| Anyway, my appt is November 28th and I have a silly question. Is it normal to bring your hubby to the first appointment? I want him to go with me because he's in on it too........ |

At first I was a little taken aback because when she came in she looked about my age and was really hip and a bit ditzy! Then as the appt went on I felt more confident, she has had 3 kids of her own and she made me feel as though we were on the same level, not a dr/patient "put you down" relationship at all. She even referred to the trans/vag ultrasound as the "dildocam" HA! My dh really likes her as well. And thats something thats very important to me. |

It is all included in the midwives fees. It is nice because I dont have to go shopping around, or wondering what I should buy for this or that ailment.
Anyay, I thought I would share since my experience is quite a bit different from all of yours. I am happy to be here. Deborah (in Colorado) |

This strikes me as really late... I might call and ask to be seen sooner, I'm just wanting to get in and get things all set, KWIM? 14 weeks is long, right?
