Organic clothing

Please tell me the names of some retailers/brands of organic kids clothing?

I would like to start by getting the basics--t-shirts/undershirts for the kids (nb-sz5).

TIA for the info.

Don't know what the brand is, but around here you can get organic baby clothing at Whole Foods. It is REALLY expensive though. I'm talking $35 for a sleeper. Anyway, HTH.

I like American Apparel for organic basics, actually for kids all they have are Tees and onesies. American made and sweatshop free!!

If you have an outlet near you, sometimes you can find Tees for $3.99. I was actually in there today and picked up a couple.

Hanna Anderson has organic turtles in solid and striped colors ($24.00) and super cute organic long johns ($36.00). They also have a lot of clothes certified by Oko-Tex. That's a European ecological certification prossess, and in order for a garmet to be certicied every bit of it (buttons, thread, zippers, fabric...) is tester for over 100 potentially harmful substances! I'm not sure what makes up the 100 nasties, but if they aren't present, I'm sure the garment would be especially easy on children's skin. Go to www.hannaanderson.com if you are interested!

Check Ebay

I love this place
http://www.dream-mountain-baby.com/p...ge/1193771.htm

GREAT deals there!

Also, www.goodhumans.com has some good buys!

There are so many good choices.
For Chic boutique stuff, try www.greenbabies.com
or www.gardenkids.com

Bellababe has a line of women's organic clothing...I would think she'd have resources to help you find other organic clothing places.
