hi ladies i am currently on metformin for pcos, i ovulated on the 28th of this month, im having bad cramps now is this normal or could it be implantation? i had an ectopic in 2001 that resulted in the loss of my right tube, im worried that with the cramping it could be in the other tube, i had an hsg done and it was clear this was in 2002, my breasts are very tender, im having some preg symptoms, but it may just be my imagination is it to early to test ? please help

I think if you are worried you should call your doctor about a blood test. I hope you are doing OK, that sounds very stressful. I do know that with my dd, a healthy pregnancy, that I had cramping around when I thought I would have a period. At the time I wasn't charting, so I'm not sure about exact days. But some cramping might not be a real problem, and I am sending positive thoughts your way.

Hang in there
