My calves have been throbbing like crazy for the last few days. To go along with that, the sides of my butt cheeks (sorry, I don't know the official muscle name
: ) are soooo sore. Both the calves and the butt just feel like they've had a serious workout, and need a stretch -- although the stretching doesn't relieve it.
Does anyone else have this? Is is just a simple case of needing more fluids, you think?
