My pp bleeding went down to only a few drops a day then Friday it picked up a lot and yesterday I soak through a pad in 3 hours. It continues to be as heavy as a normal period. Is this normal?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.
Is this normal? Post partum bleeding.

It could be. From what I've read, as moms tend to do more activity bleeding can increase. It wouldn't hurt to give your MW a call. Have you had your 6 week pp visit?

Coming and going in various amounts is pretty common. A lot of times it has to do with the amount of exertion you've done. Have you been up and around more when you were bleeding heavier?
Now, the soaking a pad in 3 hours does sound like a lot of blood to me. Depends on what kind of pad and how soaked through you mean though. If it's like a normal period amount, then I don't think that's too much.
As always call your care provider if you're really concerned.
