My sister sent me a gift certificate for a massage!

A blissful one hour massage!

So, do I use it now, before baby - or wait till after baby.

Seriously, I can't decide.

I feel like if I do it now, my body will be nice and relaxed and maybe it will help me with labor. On the other hand, waiting would be nice to get me feeling good again after delivering, though I probably woulnd't go for months because I would want to wait a while so I could feel ok about being away from baby for a few hours on the weekend.

Clearly I should not be making decisions right now about anything, because I am such a seesaw!

IMO, I would wait until *after* the baby...until it comes to a point that you REEEEAAALLLY need it! I'm sure it would be much more appreciated then...but that's just what I think!

Either way, I'm soooooooo jealous!!!

oh, i'm jealous. i would use it now. but that's just because i have this 'problem' that after i have my baby.....you can't drag me away from them for months. so if you're like me and you dont leave your baby hardly ever, maybe you should use it now, and get your body nice and relaxed for labor.

I'm jealous too! What an awesome gift! I would use it now. In fact, I think that I am going to splurge and get a massage next week.

The place has a 24 hr cancellation policy but I made sure to tell them the baby could come any minute so they have made an exception for me! (So now watch, I'll be all excited about the massage and go into labor instead!)

(OK, that wouldn't be so bad...)
