Does having an ultrasound effect fetus?

It can, and I think I nearly lost my ds at six weeks due to a stupid u/s tech leaving the probe in place too long. It can burn. I was having vaginal utrasounds three times a week when doing fertility treatments, and when they did one after conception, the tech left it in my vagina to ask the doctor to take a look. The next day I started bleeding like a stuck pig, and was on bedrest for a week. My son survived, but I still wonder if maybe he's so high needs because of it.
