How Big is Your Baby Now?

Okay, so we aren't going to the pediatrician again for a while since we aren't vaxing. We just got the newborn exam and we did the 2 week appointment. So I just weighed myself on my scale and then weighed again holding DD. At 2 weeks she was back to her birth weight of 8 lb 4oz. Tomorrow she'll be 6 weeks old and she is 12 lb 8 oz. Wow!!!! And she has gone from 21 1/4 inches to 23 1/4 inches long. So in 4 weeks she has gained about 4 lb 4 oz and has grown 2 inches! My DS was also high in the growth percentiles...my DH and I are both very tall, etc. It's just amazing she could grow so much in 4 weeks time.

I had a WIC appointment about a week and a half ago (would have put Aidan at about 4 1/2 weeks), and he weighed in at 9lbs even (in a diaper and onsie) and was 21 1/4 inches long. He was 3 1/2 weeks early, so was only so he had gained 2 lbs 10 oz from birth weight (3lbs 4oz from lowest recorded weight) and 2 inches from birth. I'm thinking he's probably up to at least 10 lbs now, at 6 weeks.

We aren't vaxing either, and haven't taken Ana to the doctor yet. :P
At 2 weeks, she was 8 pounds 13 ounces.
When I weigh us together and weigh myself alone, there is a 10 pound difference. So who knows exactly? LOL!
We'll be taking both girls to the ped after our 6 week midwife appointment.

We arent vaxing either but did the 2 week check up. She weighed in at 8 lbs 12 ounces and measured 22 &1/4 inches. So in 2 weeks she had gained 10 ounces and 1/2 inch. Amazing how quickly they grow.

They do grow fast!

at birth: 8lbs8oz, 21.5in long

at 14 days: 10lbs3oz, 21in (he must've shrunk --no, the tape measure ripped when he was born and they estimated a bit)

now he's 19days old....i'm sure he's heavier

I havent been to the dr with her yet, I really need to make an appointment (we're partially vacc'ing). I do the scale thing too, 9-9.5 pounds

She is one month old tommorow. This month has gone SO FAST, especially compared to the one before :P

At 3 weeks, Rowan is still a bit under 7 lbs (i am estimating - not sure of her exact weight). She was 6lbs 4 oz at birth so she IS actually gaining some weight. She is still so tiny though. I get weepy when I think of her growing up! Everyone is always saying how fast it goes so I am trying my best to savor every moment with her.

My daughter is kind of big! She was 8lbs 2oz at birth and 22 inches long. I'm not sure what she is now because we haven't gone to any doctors or anything but at her two week checkup she was already above her birth weight and almost 4kg (whereas at birth she was 3kg 710g)

She's gotten really big! She's almost too big for her bassinet and she outgrew all her newborn diapers and even can fit into a medium one!

Ok just had Kayleigh's 4 week check up and thought i'd post her growth as im totally stunned lol!

Shes now 10 lbs even, 22 & 3/8 " and her head is 14 & 3/4"
So shes grown about 2 lbs, 2 inches, and 1 &3/4" for her head! But the reason im so amazed at her growth is because shes long she still looks like a 9 or 8 lb baby lol!!!

HAs anyone figured out how to make the time slow down or at least how to pause the super sweet moments yet??? lol
