How do I make a peanut butter dip?

Any ideas on how to make a peanut butter dip. My boys both love peanut butter but it doesn't have the consistency of a dip to use for fruit or veggies. Any ideas on what to add to make it more of a dip that will stick to the veggies?

I don't really have a recipe, but I mix together peanut butter, tahini and honey and warm it slightly in the microwave. It makes for a more "dippable" consistency and is sweet and good.

I have a recipe from Whole Foods for Kids to Cook by LLL International...

Peanut Butter Dip

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened coonut

Mix together and enjoy

This book is made up for children to read and follow directions...we haven't personally tried this one because DD doesn't like peanut butter. But We haven't had any complaints of any other recipe!
Enjoy!

Tara
Edited to say I meant coconut!!

Yummy- we eat this a lot- it is a savory dip though, great for carrots, celery, broccoli hearts, and tofu.

3 Tbl unsweetened peanut butter
2 Tbl rice vinegar
2 Tsp tamari or soy sauce
1 Tbl finely chopped cilantro
1 minced clove of garlic
1 Tbl turbinado or sucanat sugar

Mash it all together until it is well mixed. Add a little hot water to get it to the consistency you want (1/4 to 1/2 cup).
