M, B, SIL problems

I am not sure where this belongs.

First, these are my chosen mother, brother, not bio.

On Labor day my sil pushed my mom down the stairs, shattering her arm into 15 tiny bits. My mom is doing amazingly well, she has come thru surgery, denial, and victim status very well. She made it 60 years without being a victim of violence and she has to deal with this. : Anyway, the police were never called, but CPS was, as this is at least the second eposiode of major DV in this house.

My bro is in the US Army and has been since 1989, he is in the special forces and is an abused man. He is upset at us (mom and I) for calling CPS, he is upset because his CO was called, he is blaming ME for opening up a can of worms and ruining his career. I guess we are all just to let her abuse mom, him, AND their two kids.
My question???? Does anyone have any experience with DV and the US Army? Anyone near Ft. Lewis that can help us?

I don't have any advice or experience with the Army. I didn't want this thread to go unreplied to though..

Take care, and I hope things go well.
