Hypno classes?

Hi, I've decided to try Hypnobirthing but I'm confused. I have heard of Hypnobabies, which I'd probably use, but I have to buy the CD on the net because we don't have any classes in my area.

But today, I bought the hypnobirth book discussing the Mongran (could be spelled wrong) method at the bookstore.

Do I use both a CD thru Hypnobabies and this book or just one or the other? I feel so confused!!!

Hypnobabies and Hypnobirthing are two separate programs, and Hypnobabies does not use Marie Mongan's book. In the Hypnobabies home study course, you get a 3-ring-binder full of materials and 6 CDs.

You can get the basic idea about how hypnosis works from the Marie Mongan book, but Hypnobabies is much more complete.
