Vegan egg-substitute binder

Thread Starter
I'm looking for somewhere online I can find this stuff. I keep running into vegan recipes that call for it, and I can't find it in the grocery stores in my area, neither in the regular ones nor what passes for an organic food/healthy living store here in Amarillo.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Here's the manufacurer website. Ener-G
I don't know if you have read this elsewhere, but when substituting eggs in a recipe, use 1 Tbsp of egg replacer to 2 Tbsp liquid. That's more than the package recommends and it works tons better. I also never put it in with the other ingredients until I have mixed it and let it sit for a couple of minutes. This gives it time to set or something. Happy baking!

I have used the Ener-G product for years, and it works great! I highly recommend it. I buy it at Whole Foods. It is sort of an orange-y package, and they sell it with the flour and sugar and other baking stuff.

Good luck!

I use that and I like it, but I have found that I can often get buy with Soy milk in place of eggs in many ingreidents and sometimes a little ground flax seed mixed with water will work just great too!
