I am 12 weeks now and I know you are supposed to have good nutrition in the second trimemster particularly. But I am worried because I still feel so sick and it is hard for me to eat. I can't take my prenatal, but I do take folic acid. The only healthy thing I can stomach is fruit and fruit juices and dairy. Meat, eggs, nuts, fish, and vegetables and whole grains make me feel sick. I literally haven't eaten those things since September. My question is - does this compromise the baby? Does any one else have any strategies for maximizing your nutrition when it is just so hard to be able to eat?
Should I be worried?

The baby will take the nutrients that your body has stored, so even if you can't eat much, anything is great right now!!
Try not to worry too much about it. I know with DD#! I was vomitting all the time, and couldn't hardly eat, but my doc wasn't concerned because I was a healthy eater before getting pregnant. 

I also didn't keep down prenatals until I was done with the sickness and Rach is the picture of health and meeting all her milestones with ease.
